Huicong: What are the exhibits we are carrying in this exhibition?
Qian Jianjun: Our Hongda Powder Equipment Co., Ltd. mainly makes crushers, mixers and so on. Founded in 1992, the company mainly started with crusher. Through years of development, now the crusher has a high reputation in China. After the pulverizer has created a brand in the same field, the company’s products began to expand to mixers and dryers. At present, we have general agents in 5 or 6 foreign countries, such as the United States, Canada, Yugoslavia, Italy, Korea, Spain, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand and so on. Our products are exported to about a dozen countries.
In terms of the development process in recent years, our main goal is to consolidate the domestic market, continuously develop the international market, and strive to develop to the general agent of 12 countries within 3-5 years. Secondly, while exploiting the market, the quality of products is constantly improving. In product development, we not only consider the beauty of appearance, but also the quality of products. In recent years, we have developed some new products, such as the crusher of organic materials. Among them, the crusher of oily materials such as sesame, peanut and almond is our company’s exclusive patent product. Secondly, we also have patented products on the micro grinder, such as the coolant inside the grinder is also our company’s patented products.
We firmly believe that, while exploiting the market, we should attach great importance to product research and development in order to enable enterprises to remain invincible in the market.
HCONG: Now our crusher has formed its own unique brand, so what are the advantages and characteristics of our crusher products?
Qian Jianjun: We are also starting from the general crusher to gradually expand, the company has always adhered to the concept of “no one has me”. Nowadays, we all have crushers that people don’t have, such as oil crushers, which are our unique products and have great market advantages, so that organic matter such as sesame and peanut rice can be crushed. In addition, from the original crushing fine crushing, to the present micro and ultra crushing, series crushing, we have various types of crushers, product comprehensiveness occupies a strong competitive advantage.
Huicong: R&D is also a part of hard work and a harvest. How does our R&D process unfold?
Qian Jianjun: Our new product research and development still insists on meticulous design, product development time is relatively long, like our oil mill development time is about 5-6 years. In fact, the oil crusher has always been a more difficult problem in the world, which has not been solved for many years. It takes us 5-6 years to develop the product. In combination with foreign technology, we innovate and develop at the same time. After investing a certain amount of funds and energy, we finally develop and improve the oil crusher independently. At present, the product has entered the market.
HCONG: How do you see the current market environment for crushers?
Qian Jianjun: At present, the market of crusher is in a mature stage. Our company started from the crusher to nearly a dozen years now, the primary development has passed. In the current mature market environment, we focus on introducing advanced foreign technology, improving product quality and brand power, striving to develop more new products in the future development, and win more market recognition.
Huicong: At present, the sales area of products has reached all over the world. Will we focus on the promotion of products in foreign markets instead of R&D in the future?
Qian Jianjun: No. Our company always insists on creating international market on the premise of guaranteeing domestic market share, the most important of which is product advantage. If an enterprise blindly emphasizes the market but neglects the development, and always holds the old products instead of developing new products, then the enterprise will gradually retrogress, and gradually form a huge product gap with the same industry enterprises, how will it base itself on the market?
Huicong: Faced with the dual market at home and abroad, how to carry out product promotion?
Qian Jianjun: We are mainly through international well-known websites and industry conferences at home and abroad, such as this international conference. We attach great importance to it, almost participating in this session.
Huicong: How was the first day of the exhibition?
Qian Jianjun: Today is the first day. There are old customers, new customers and more intentional customers.
Huicong: As an old member of Huicong, what kind of comments do you give Huicong?
